Hey there!
If you’re feeling stretched thin, tired of holding it all together, and craving space to just be—you’re not alone. Many of the clients I work with arrive here feeling exactly that way.
About Me
Like many of my clients, I know what it’s like to live under constant pressure—balancing ambition, responsibility, motherhood, and personal well-being. Before becoming a therapist, I spent nearly a decade in corporate leadership, human resources, consulting, and professional coaching. I hold dual business degrees in International Business and Marketing, along with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
This blend of lived experience and advanced clinical training gives me a unique perspective. I don’t ask my clients to do work I haven’t done myself. I’ve walked through burnout, perfectionism, anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges of building a life that is both satisfying and sustainable. I believe in this process because I’ve lived it—and I know lasting transformation is possible.
Today, I specialize in holistic, evidence-based therapy for women, mothers, high-achieving professionals, families, and neurodivergent individuals. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, postpartum mental health, life transitions, perfectionism, trauma, attachment wounds, and relationship challenges. I provide neurodivergence-affirming care for autistic and ADHD clients seeking to better understand themselves and thrive.
My approach integrates CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and Family Systems Therapy. I work through a holistic lens—honoring mind, body, and life context—so therapy can support not just symptom relief, but meaningful and lasting change.
Outside the therapy room, you’ll often find me in a pilates studio, lifting weights, spending time with family and friends, on the water, traveling, and creating a life of joy and balance—values I also help my clients cultivate.
I offer online therapy throughout South Carolina and in-person therapy in Charleston, SC.
If you’re longing to feel more grounded, more whole, more you—I would be honored to walk alongside you.

CDBTA’s fellowship program combines intensive training, mentorship, peer consultation and hands-on clinical work. The program is designed to enhance clinical competencies in DBT treatment and prepares clinicians for national certification. CDBTA fellows learn from specialists in the field by participating in DBT consultation team, mentorship discussions, learning activities and individual supervision. Fellows apply their learning by co- facilitating DBT Skills Training Groups and providing therapy to a small number of clients.

Client Testimonials
Kelly is amazing and listens to all of your concerns! My child absolutely loves her!!"
Jamie
I was very nervous to seek help for my post partum depression as I have never talked to a therapist but Kelly has really helped me tremendously and I will continue to see her with her own business now!! Amazing therapist! You can tell she loves what she does and is very genuine and intuitive."
Kali
I highly HIGHLY recommend Kelly. As someone who has seen other therapists - Kelly is different in the best way. She has been intentional and gracious throughout every conversation we have had.. She not only wants to get to know you but know you truly and understand you. Kelly will sit with you through the worst and advocate for you the best way to go forth. I’ve been seeing Kelly for almost a year - from empowered family practice until now. I wouldn’t choose anyone else. She has changed my perspective on different situations by allowing me to sit with the past to work towards the future."
Ellie
Kelly has been an amazing therapist during my recovery journey!! I had tried other therapists before and was not impressed. I didn’t believe in talk therapy for the longest time because of it and meeting Kelly has totally changed my view and opinion on talk therapy!
More than just introducing and teaching the coping skills, Kelly genuinely cared how I am doing and provided as much help and resources as she could. I was skeptical when I first started the sessions but now I am so sad I won’t be seeing her again because we are moving.
Kelly has changed my life in ways I didn’t know that could be changed and I’ll be forever grateful for it ❤️❤️. I have a long way to go but I’ve got a great start! I’ll miss you Kelly🥺!"
Silvia
